Naturopathic Consultations
What to expect at a Naturopathic consultation.
During an initial consultation, I take extra time to ask questions and listen to your personal health story, so that I can determine all of the factors that may be contributing to your health concerns. I then develop a personalised treatment plan to help restore your health. Your treatment may include lifestyle and dietary recommendations, herbal and nutritional medicine, and recommendations for diagnostic or functional testing if needed.
Review appointments may then be recommended to further guide your treatment for best results. These are usually scheduled fortnightly or monthly depending on the complexity of your health condition.
However, sometimes you may just have a minor health concern such as a cough, gastro bug, headache, stress, or an infection – so please feel free to reach out to me for a shorter 'express' consultation so I can provide natural health recommendations to help you feel better, faster.
I also offer complimentary 10-minute discovery calls so we can have a talk about your health concerns so you can decide if naturopathic medicine is right for you. Please contact me if you would like to book a discovery call.

Initial Consultation
$165 - 1 hour
An initial consultation is for first time clients and includes:
A comprehensive case take and a full health assessment so that I can fully investigate and treat the root cause of your health concerns.
A personalised treatment plan which may include lifestyle and dietary recommendations, herbal and nutritional medicine, and recommendations for diagnostic or functional testing if needed.

Review Consultation
$85 - 30 minutes
A review consultation is for existing clients to discuss progress, review test results, receive guidance on how to move onto the next phase of treatment, or address any new health concerns.

Express Consultation
$45 - 15 minutes
An express consultation is for immediate and minor health concerns that you have suddenly come down with.
Examples of an immediate and minor health concern may be stress support, cough, gastro bug, or a headache.
