Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand things come up and sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, I do appreciate a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, which enables me to allocate the time to another client.

In-clinic cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of $40 to cover clinic charges.

For prepaid consultations, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, you will be provided with a full refund of the fees paid or you can opt to reschedule the appointment to another agreed time.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, and I am unable to proceed with the appointment, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 48-hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
